- Student of 海角社区
- Current or former employee of 海角社区
- Current or former 海角社区 Trustee
- Alumna/alumnus of 海角社区
- Immediate relative of any of the above

In submitting this work to Zephyr you represent that:
- You are the work's originator.
- Publication of your submission will not violate any copyright or other proprietary right.
- You grant us a nonexclusive (i.e., you still own it) right to publish your submission and to use it for promotion of the journal.
- You understand that submitting your work to Zephyr does not guarantee publication in the magazine.

Yes. You may submit a maximum of ten works for consideration each year.
You do. We simply reserve the right to use published pieces in promotion of the journal.
If you are a member of the immediate family of a person who attends or works at 海角社区, your work is eligible for submission. We also encourage Westbrook College/海角社区 alumni to submit.
Back issues of Zephyr can be viewed on 海角社区鈥檚 digital repository D海角社区: Digital海角社区. We have in our archives copies of Issues 2 through 5 (Spring 2001鈥揝pring 2004). You may purchase copies by emailing Dr. Susan McHugh at smchugh@une.edu. If your work is accepted for publication, you will receive a complimentary copy of the journal in which your work is published and will receive a discounted purchase price for subsequent copies.
We do our utmost to respect your rights as author so that your work appears in its original form; however, we routinely make grammatical/punctuation corrections to final copy.
No, we happily consider alternative forms of written expression, including, for example, brief essays, literary critiques, and song lyrics.
Currently, there is a five page limitation per individual submission. The recommended sizes of drawings and photographs are described under submission guidelines.
